Education & Human Development
Lusayo Education and Development is a division of Lusayo Mwanganya Holdings Limited focused on education and human development. It brings together school education, practical skills development, digital learning, youth development, teacher capacity building and partnerships intended to improve educational opportunity and community wellbeing.
The division is being developed around quality, accessibility, responsible governance and long-term social impact. Individual institutions and programmes will operate within the appropriate legal, educational and professional requirements applicable to their activities.
Nationwide Lusayo Academy school network
Lusayo Education and Development will establish a nationwide network of Lusayo Academy schools across Malawi’s Northern, Central and Southern Regions. The network will grow in phases, with schools named for their locations and, where applicable, their focus on girls’ or boys’ education.
School names will include, for example, Lusayo Academy - Msundwe, Lusayo Academy - Rumphi, Lusayo Academy - Mzuzu, Lusayo Academy - Jenda, Lusayo Girls Academy and Lusayo Boys Academy.
